We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If notice is given late, a 50% fee may apply. This policy helps us honor the time set aside just for you—and makes it possible to accommodate others too.

To respect our stylists’ time, same-day cancellations or no-shows are subject to a charge of 100% of the scheduled service. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit for any future appointments or result in limited booking access. A quick heads-up goes a long way and is always appreciated.

Please let your stylist know as soon as possible. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service. Your appointment may be subject to cancellation and may result in a fee in accordance with our cancellation policy. If we are still able to accommodate your appointment, please understand that the duration may be shortened to accommodate other clients. Please note that you will still be charged the full amount for the originally scheduled services, regardless of whether they are provided in their entirety or not.

We are located on Music Row at 1006 18th Ave S, Nashville, TN 37212. Street parking is available along 18th Ave S and nearby streets. Additionally, there’s a back parking lot accessible via the alley between 18th Ave and Grand Ave.

To keep the salon calm and safe for all, we ask that you come solo unless they have an appointment too.

Not necessary! But for color services, day-old hair (free of heavy product) is usually best.

Of course. If you’d prefer a quiet, relaxing experience with minimal conversation, just let your stylist know. No questions asked—we want you to feel as comfortable as possible in our space.

We want you to love it. If something feels off, contact your stylist within 7 days so we can make it right.

We don’t offer refunds, but we do offer fixes. If you’re not 100% happy with the service you received, please let your stylist know within 7 days after your appointment. They may ask you to return to the salon so your hair can be assessed in person. If an adjustment is needed, your stylist will do their best to make it right.
